Not happy .. 6/4/10

Ok  so today i wi , feeling realy  good  going in there  and  decided  i wasnt going to look  untill  she handed my book back to me  , well  it said i gained .3 , like  WTF , i was realy good  over easter  didnt  indulge  in  anything ,  ( maybe  ishould have) , so i went  and spoke to my  leader  who i might add  was  very good  and very  paitcient  with me ,  i told  that  i had  drank  over  3 litres  of water a day and walk  at least  30 to 40 mins a day also  and that  i had gained , she reckons i might  hav water  logged  my bodie , like  WTF  does that mean  lol ,  ive drank to much water ( i didnt know u could ) , so any way  she  told me to be  extra strick this week and  only drink  8 glasses  of  water  per day , so im on a mission this week to do  just  that  and see  how we go  for next week , any way  thanks for reading .

hope  u  all  had better wi  s  than  i did .

That just doesn't seem fair does it? I've had 2 weeks with 100g loss or no loss, but had been SO good all week. Hard to fathom. However, the following week, I had a great loss each time. Hope the same is true for you!

That is definately a first!! It is my belief that if your body is used to having alot....it will not retain it...It's when you drink alot one day then not for several days it goes back into starve mode and you hold the fluid. Do you drink the same amount always??? Speak to your Dr about fluid retention??? OK...but keep up the good work, probably you had something else going on and next time you will post a big loss!!!!
