1/6/10 yay!!! finally a loss!!!!!

    Hi all , well  i think i broken  the wl draught , i had a loss  of .8  , still  i know not allot  for , for four weeks  but at least  its  all  moving  downwards once again  , i have 14  or so kilos to  go to i get to goal , and with all  my strength  im going to make it  there ,  .  my goal  when  i joined ww  this time round and many of the  other atemps was to lose 40 kilos , (my goal) 49 ( ww goal) ,  so  , so far ive  lost 35 kilos  never in my wildest dreams  did  i ever  believe in myself  to a point where i would ever  get this far ,( but i have). So  to all  of  the wwers  who  dont believe in themselves  ,  please  do  cause it can be done  you can win the battle  of bulge and be healthier  and fitter  and stronger  and definatly  more confindant .

lets win this battle  together .

31/5/10 hey all!!

Hi all,   well i have wi in the morning and feeling low , feel like im paying  someone  to tell  me  im iether gaining weight or staying the same , even thought i feel im sticking to  the program, so am im not sure what to do , i know i cant quite  cause theres no way  im  back to  being nearly 120 kilos ,  but this week  will bout the 4 or 5th week at staying 83. something ,  im so disapointed  , and honestly  its very costly now. so yeah  advice would be very  welcome  guys ,

anyway im sorry for having a  winge  , i realy am ,

i hope everyone else is going great  and  going by  the states  on the forum  everyone is looking and  feeling amazing , its just so hard  these  days  for  me , and sometimes  i feel my old habbits  creeping in .

i will  keep  everyone posted  on how  my wi  goes ,  and guess what  its the  start  of  new week .
